Considered a core vaccine, rabies vaccines for dogs are required by law in the U.S. All dogs should be vaccinated for rabies at approximately 14 weeks of age, and then again at one year of age.
Puppies should receive the bordetella vaccine between the ages of six to eight weeks. They should then receive a second booster four weeks later, or between the ages of 10 to 12 weeks.
